Counseling Grant Program Objective:
Counseling Grant Program is part of our 3 prong response to the COVID-19 crisis. It is about inspiring hope and giving women the tools to be able to cope with the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. We provide financial aid for outpatient mental health services to uninsured women that have lost their jobs due to the COVID-19 crisis.
Grant Details:
The Counseling Grant Program will provide a voucher for women who are accepted into the program to seek therapy for mental health issues related to COVID-19. Each voucher will pay for 5 sessions with a vetted and approved licensed mental health professional. The goal is to provide solution-focused strategies to help the recipient cope with their current situation. If additional counseling is required after the completion of the program, a referral will be provided.* To help keep everyone safe, individual sessions will be conducted virtually.
Grant opportunities are limited.
Submissions are accepted on a first come-first eligible served basis until the total amount of program funding is committed/awarded.
