Is Suits, Stilettos and Lipstick a 501c3 nonprofit organization?
Suits, Stilettos and Lipstick (SSL) Foundation is a non-profit organization pursuant to Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code. Your donation to SSL Foundation may qualify for an income tax deduction in accordance with Federal and/or State income tax laws. Please consult with your tax advisor to determine whether your donation is tax deductible in whole or in part. Nothing in this communication is intended to constitute legal or tax advice.
Why was SSL Foundation founded?
SSL Foundation was founded to provide comprehensive programs that build self-worth, resiliency, and a sense of purpose through education, mentorship, volunteering/community outreach, and leadership building.
How can I get involved?
Are men allowed to become members?
Absolutely. We welcome men that support the empowerment of women and children.
How do I renew my membership?
Your membership will renew automatically on your anniversary date. You may cancel anytime before your renewal date. You will receive a renewal notice 1 month and 1 week before your renewal date. Once your renewal is completed you may cancel your membership, but you will not receive a refund.
Can I attend an event even though I am not a member?
Yes! We love having guests! Everyone is welcomed!
If I am unable to attend an event that I paid for, may I get a refund?
You may cancel your registration at anytime by notifying us, but there are no refunds, no exceptions. Carryover of your payment to future events is also not permitted. You may however send someone in your place for the event registered, as long as you notify us in advance.
