What you will need:
2 Dish Towels
Wear sneakers and comfy clothes
Needs a bench or chair (no wheels, if possible)
Yoga mat or large towel
What you need to know:
We will have FUN!! YES!!! I will provide 4 exercises plus a warm-up that everyone can do, no matter your fitness level or coordination or balance.
