Join us for just 30 minutes during lunch on Wednesday, August 12th for “Surviving Zoom Meetings: Neck & Back Relief by Darlene Wooldridge”.
Darlene will be talking about setting your workspace up to avoid neck and possibly back pain during long periods at your computer. Utilize your home space to prevent pain and longer term injuries. She will also go through some movements and stretches to periodically perform to relieve “text neck” or what’s now becoming “Zoom neck”.
The Midday Refresh Series was created to help you cope with the stressors brought about by the COVID-19 crisis. Every Wednesday starting on June 24th -August 26th from 12pm-12:30PM, we will present different topics with different speakers and performers that will refresh your mind, body, and spirit.
