In her role as the Director of Talent Management, Amber is responsible for Talent Management & Acquisition, Performance Management, Campus Programs, and Learning & Leadership Development for Marsh & McLennan Agency (MMA), Florida Region. She is also aligned to MMA’s National Learning & Development Strategic Council.
Prior to joining MMA, she spent 21 years with Bank of America as a SVP, Leadership Development Manager supporting the Global Risk Management organization.
She is a 2018 Marsh CEO Award recipient and a 2010 Chief Learning Officer in Practice Award winner for the Bank of America transition of Countrywide. Amber is on the Board of Directors for the SSL Foundation focused on empowering women and children to be resilient and purposeful leaders.
Amber is a Certified Project Manager (PMP), SHRM-SCP, and a Six Sigma Greenbelt. She holds a BS in Business Administration from Christopher Newport University, and a MA in Adult Education and Human Resource Development from The George Washington University.
She is originally from Virginia, but relocated to Florida in 2003. Amber enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and working on DIY projects.
