About Suzanne

Telena Paris is a proven highly creative and results-driven non-profit management professional with entrepreneurial passion, drive, vision, experience and expertise in generating revenue and increasing support bases for expanding nonprofit and for-profit organizations. In addition, she is also an Education/ Re-Entry executive eager to lead and train staff personnel by using a unique combination of education experience coupled with ten years’ (plus) business background in computers, educational and leadership management with a concentration in Adult Ed, Vocational Counseling, Higher Ed, Criminal Justice and Communication. She has over 10 years’ experience in the collegiate system as an Executive & Faculty member. Currently a PhD Candidate with a specialization in Leadership and has dual master’s degrees with the Concentration of Education and Criminal Justice. She has over 15 years’ experience in Marketing and Business Development for profit and nonprofit combined. Telena Paris has also established herself over the past 15 years as public speaker on topics such as conflict resolution, domestic violence, equality, diversity inclusion,marketing, business strategy and sustainability for marginalized populations. She has 10 years’ experience in event planning and implementation. She is the current National Sales Network (NSN) Vice President of Marketing & Communications, she sits on the Executive Board of a local Non-Profit called Suits, Stilettos and Lipstick and is a current Member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. In addition, has over 12 years’ experience in writing and securing grant and contract proposals from profit, federal, and local funding agencies.; and has also worked at Miami Dade College for 6 years as an adjunct professor for the English and Developmental Education Department.  In her last role as the Executive Director of Community Partnerships and Grant Development; our CEO Telena Paris has successful aided in securing funding from sources such as United Way, Holy Cross, Jim Moran, The Able Trust Foundation, Whole Foods, SAMHSA, Broward Behavioral Health Coalition and the Broward Sheriff’s Office. Wanting to offer her services to the world with the goal of building and strengthening our communities. Telena Paris created Write Choice Consulting Firm; because she recognized a need that most companies need funding and organizational development; but quite often do not have the opportunity, funding resources or training needed to have a full-time personnel help support their development needs. In a time where uncertainty exist amongst our communities, she decided that she wanted to offer services that could aid organizations in creating, sustaining the health and wealth of their business.
