Catherine serves as Vice President of the Global Customer Research and Solutions Team at American Express. She assumed her current position in October 2015. In her role, Catherine leads a global team that provides insights to ensure a consistent and enhanced customer experience. Catherine also provides strategic direction around process improvements that drive flexibility and efficiency on a global level.
Catherine joined American Express in Chicago in 1999 and relocated to American Express in Florida in 2003. During her tenure, she has held a variety of leadership positions across the company in partner management and operations. Prior to joining American Express, Catherine was a Senior Collections Manager for First Data Corporation. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Organizational Communications from Northern Illinois University.
Catherine is actively involved with the American Express Employee Networks as Executive Advisor for the local Sunrise Women’s Interest Network (WIN) and Black Employee Network (BEN). She is very passionate about employee development and mentoring; having served as a mentor to many colleagues and facilitating a number of leadership development workshops throughout her tenure.
